This is the service bulletin furnished by the A. C. Gilbert Co. to authorized service stations to aid them in the service and repair of American Flyer equipment. Specifically, this bulletin is for the American Flyer Milk Car 973 and 25019 Manual. The Gilbert Milk Car was produced at 1:64 scale and would fire out a milk carton when making a stop at the engineers request. The operating accessory came with a platform and was hooked up to a transformer for power. When the locomotive pulled the train up to the platform, the engineer would slow the car, press a button, and milk would be ejected from the car.
